The Yoshida Porter Hyderick Briefcase in Black represents a masterclass in traditional Japanese luggage construction, utilising exceptional Belgian saddle pull-up horse hide. This thick, sturdy leather undergoes a slow vegetable-tanning process before being dyed with aniline and thoroughly impregnated with oils. The finish involves casein and hydric ironing, resulting in a transparent sheen that evolves significantly with use. Unlike many business bags, the interior is lined entirely in firm tanned leather, reinforcing its structural integrity. Every brass fitting is buffed and nickel-plated for a deep luster. This briefcase measures 41cm in width, 30cm in height, and 9cm in depth.
