SALES ASSOCIATE, GOODS

At GOODS we work to give everyone who visits our Copenhagen store the best retail experience possible.

For us, it starts with an open and welcoming attitude. Just as important is your genuine interest in our products: knowing how they’re made and being able to share the stories behind them. At GOODS, we take the job seriously, and we expect the same from you.

Since Danish is the primary language in our store, fluent Danish is required. Strong English skills are also important.

THE ROLE

You will primarily guide and assist our loyal clientele in a personal and pleasant manner, building strong relationships and providing honest, attentive service.

Most of your time will be on the shop floor: helping customers, handling transactions, and keeping the store looking immaculate. You’ll also help with unpacking new deliveries, packing and labelling orders, and stock-taking when needed.

We’re always working to develop and improve GOODS, so ideas and input are valued and welcomed.

Organised and reliable

Excellent at warm, honest customer service

Cheerful and enthusiastic

Strong at initiating, building and maintaining client relationships

An active interest in menswear (sales experience is a plus)

Fluent Danish (spoken and written)

Very good English skills (spoken and written)

Working hours: 37 hours weekly
