GOODS opened its doors in August 2008, just as the global financial crisis began to take hold. What started as a modest neighbourhood destination tucked away in a basement has evolved into a permanent fixture on the main street of Copenhagen’s Østerbro neighbourhood. We have proudly called Østerbrogade 44 our home since 2012, a growth driven by a singular focus on great design and a deep respect for the craftsmanship that defines the brands we carry.

Today, the store serves as a meeting point for a diverse community of locals and international visitors. Whether you visit us in person or shop with us online, we remain committed to offering a selection of clothing, footwear, and accessories from the world’s most respected independent makers, alongside our own in-house collection. For us, physical retail is the lifeblood of our work, providing a space where we can share our passion for garments built to last.

In the spring of 2023, we undertook a significant expansion and refurbishment of the store. Working alongside Danish architect Julius Nielsen, we created an environment that reflects our understated approach to menswear. The space is designed to be welcoming and considered in every detail, ensuring the products and the people who visit us always take centre stage.
