We’ve extended the exchange period for Christmas gifts until January 8th. Please note that this extension does not apply to the return policy for online purchases.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of your order and we will even take care of the return costs for you if your purchase is more than 4500 dkk for both Danish and international orders - we do not cover the return shipping for items purchased on sale. This goes for any items which do not entirely meet your satisfaction. (We do not refund postage costs).
If you qualify for free return please send us an email containing your order number, the reason for the return, and the list of products you would like to return. Within 1-2 days, you'll receive an email with a return label and further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
If you don’t qualify for free return please return the products to the following address.
GOODS, Østerbrogade 44, 2100, Copenhagen. Denmark
Please pack the returned items in a suitable sized box in a safe and orderly fashion. All products have to be in their original packaging with original labels and tags attached.

If you wish to exchange an item that has been purchased whilst on sale, you will have to return the item to us and re-order through the site. Please make sure your size is as accurate as possible and do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have about the fitting of any item before ordering it.
Items bought at our physical shop in Copenhagen, can be exchanged within 8 days, however, we don’t do refunds!
