Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, you are welcome to return your order following the guidelines below.

Returns – Within the EU

You can return your order within 14 working days of receiving it, provided the items are unworn, with labels attached, and in their original packaging.

How to return your order:

1. Complete the return form included with your order. If possible, please include a short note explaining the reason for your return—your feedback helps us improve.

Important Return Guidelines:

  • Ensure items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transport.
  • Do not apply stickers or labels directly to footwear boxes—please place them in a protective outer packaging or box before shipping.
  • Original labels must remain attached. If a label is missing, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Returns are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns – From Outside the EU

You can return your order within 14 working days of receiving it, provided the items are unworn, with labels attached, and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via postal services.

How to return from outside the EU:

Due to customs regulations, returning items from outside the EU requires proper documentation. Incorrect paperwork may result in significant delays.

1. Contact us first at kontakt@goodscph.com, using "RETURN + your order number" in the subject line. This must be done within 4 days of receiving your order and the order shipped back to us within another 4 days —unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions.

2. We will provide a DHL return label at the best available rate, which may range between €40-100, depending on your location. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Important Information:

  • Do not return items using postal services such as Royal Mail, USPS, or similar, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages.
  • Sale items are non-refundable for customers outside the EU.
