Christophe Ganthier has a deep passion for cheese and is not afraid to share his vast knowledge about the products he sells. He hails from Champagne in France but has lived in Denmark for a couple of decades now.
His cheese store La Fromagerie opened in the basement at Nordre Frihavnsgade 16 back in December 2013 and has quickly become a favourite with locals and cheese aficionados from all over.
He carries a selection of about 200 different cheeses from all over the world and has specialised in mainly offering cheese made from raw milk.
