A stone throw from our store lies Aamanns - The most iconic Danish dish is Smørrebrød, the open faced sandwich. At Adam Aamann’s original restaurant and deli on Øster Farimagsgade you’ll experience the updated modern version of this standard fair in its most beautiful expression.
Founded as a small take away place back in 2006, the Michelin-recommended eatery now has both a smaller Deli and an actual restaurant called Etablissement which sit side by side of each other at the central end of Øster Farimagsgade.
So go and experience some sublime smørrebrød with locally brewed organic beer and home made schnapps - you'll be hard pressed to find a better offering of Danish lunchtime cuisine.
