Danish architecture and especially the work of danish mid century architects has been our preferred setting for the GOODS seasonal editorials. In the past, we have shot in and around works of great architects like Arne Jacobsen, Finn Juhl and Karen & Ebbe Clemmensen. So for this spring editorial, we wanted to keep that lineage in check. And thus, we decided to visit the main building and courtyard of the Technical University of Denmark north of Copenhagen, which was created by the Eva & Nils Koppel… We feel surroundings such as these provide a suitable setting for the feel we are going for, sometimes contrasting and sometimes blending in with the garments we are showcasing.
