An updated version of the Margaret Howell red corduroy windcheater worn by Jack Nicholson in the 1980 Stanley Kubrick film, The Shining.
'In the 1970's, I supplied Maxfield Blue, a store in Los Angeles, and was thrilled to hear that one og my favourite actors, Jack Nicholson, had bought a corduroy windcheater (style number M025 - signifying my 25th design). A while later i was amazed to receive a request from Stanley Kubrick's film production for replica jackets to use in the film The Shining; since Nicholson had chosen to wear his own jacket to play the part of Jack Torrance in that film.'
- Margaret Howell
The jacket is cut in a relaxed fit and the fabric is a 8 wale cotton corduroy. The jacket features both button and fly fastening front, flap patch pockets with button fastening, contrast rib on waistband, back yoke pleat detail, inside patch pockets and a contrast cotton lining.
The model is 185cm tall, weighs 75 kg and wears a size M.
